ARTEMIS Health Care Advisory Board
The ARTEMIS (Advanced Research Testbed for Medical Informatics) project is aimed at
diffusing collaboration technology among the health care provider community. To meet that
goal we have assembled a team of practicing physicians from a variety of organizations and
other health care professionals to serve in an advisory capacity. This group will meet
periodically to validate the approach and provide valuable feedback on an ongoing basis.
We have an executive board which focuses on our deployment of the system at Valley Health
Systems (VHS) and Cabell Huntington Hospital (CHH), and a technical advisory committee of
physicians and health care analysts. We also have a larger Volunteer Advisory Board of
interested physicians and practitioners.
