Lodging at a special rate

A block of rooms has been reserved at The Gaithersburg Courtyard by Marriott
(http://www.courtyard.com/WASGG/) at a special rate for the attendees of WET
ICE-2000.

Reservation Method:
Individual reservations: Individual will call the Hotel at 1-800-336-6880,
or (301) 670-0008,  and will identify themselves as a member of the WET
ICE-2000 Conference. All reservations must be made before June 2, 2000. The
check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space
or rate available basis.

Guaranteed Reservation:
All reservations will be held until 6:00PM on arrival UNLESS accompanied by
a first night room deposit or major credit card.

Billing Arrangements and Details:
Each guest will be responsible to pay for Room and Taxes plus Incidentals.
