WET ICE '01  will be held at the Massachusetts Institute of  Technology, Tang Center (Building E-51 on Memorial Drive, MIT Sloan School of Management) in Cambridge, Massachusetts, June 20 - 22, 2001. 

The registration fee will cover admission to all joint sessions and to one workshop, a copy of the post-conference proceedings (to be printed by IEEE Computer Society Press), as well as the refreshments and coffee breaks during the conference, and to the reception.

Registration Policy

Early registration deadline is June 6, 2001. After that full registration fees will be charged.  Individuals are considered registered only when full payment has been made. At least one author of each accepted paper should register and present the paper at the workshop; otherwise the paper will not be published in the Proceedings. 

On Site registration: After June 13, 2001, registrations  will be accepted only on-site.  

Cancellation Policy

Written requests for cancellation must be e-mailed to wetice@cerc.wvu.edu  or faxed to 304-293-7541 before June 8, 2001  for a full refund. After that  it will be subject to a $75 service charge until June 15, 2001. There will be no refund for cancellations received after June 15, or no-shows. Substitutions can be made at any time. 

Payment Options

By credit card: Only Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and Discover cards.  Credit card charges will be processed by West Virginia University Foundation.

By checks/bank drafts: Payable to: West Virginia University Foundation, Account #2V361R. Fees must be  in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks only.
